Labels & subtasks
The structure on every task card, and where it pays off later.
Labels & subtasks
Task cards in MonoDesk carry more than a title, and each piece feeds something else:
Labels
Colour-coded chips like Brief, Concept, Design, Revisions. Use them to see what kind of work a column holds, and to filter the board, the Planner and Time Tracking to one slice of the work.
Subtasks
Break a task down without cluttering the board. Cards show progress as a count (0/3). Open any task to tick subtasks off as you go.
Due dates
Drafted tasks come with suggested dates, clearly marked (suggested) until you confirm them. Set your own by opening the task, or just drag it onto a day in the Planner.
