Connect Google Calendar
See your real schedule alongside your tasks. Read-only, nothing written back.
Connect Google Calendar
The Planner is more useful when it knows about your meetings.
Connecting
Open the Planner and MonoDesk offers Connect Google Calendar the first time (or find Calendar under Settings → Feature settings). Once connected, your events appear right in the Planner, so you plan work around the meetings you already have.
What it does (and doesn’t do)
- Events show read-only in your week
- Nothing is written back to your calendar; MonoDesk never creates, edits or deletes your events
- Tasks stay tasks, events stay events; you just see both in one place
