Clients

Clients sit underneath most of MonoDesk, since projects, portals, proposals and invoices all hang off them. This category covers the client record itself and the tabs on every client page. Overview keeps the client card, client information, contacts for the people you work with and social links, much of it filled in automatically from the client's website, including a website you add later. Brand holds their logos, colours, typography and tone of voice, and can read a Brand Guidelines PDF and suggest what to keep. Projects lists their work and starts the next project already linked to them. Comms holds one conversation per project, including client updates and portal replies, and Activity is a running history. You will also find how archiving works, including Undo and bringing an archived client back.
