Everything about a client in one place, including the colours that flow through MonoDesk.
Client profiles & brand colours
Open any client from Clients in the sidebar. Each client page has four tabs: Client Portal, Client Comms, Details and Client Projects.
The Details tab
- Overview: a running history across this client’s projects
- Client Information: name, website, industry, location and a description
- Contacts: add the people you work with at this client (as many as you need)
- Socials: Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube handles
Most of this is pre-filled automatically when you add a client from their website URL.
Brand colours
Every client gets a colour palette, extracted from their website when the profile is created. You can add your own swatches, and drag to reorder. The first colour is used for the client’s card and accents across MonoDesk.
Client Comms
The Client Comms tab holds one conversation per project with this client, including Client Updates and portal replies.
Client Projects
All this client’s projects, plus Add New Project to start the next one already linked to them.
