Phases worth separate lines
Discovery workshop, three concept directions, refinement on chosen route, colour and type system, guidelines PDF, final asset pack (SVG, PNG, favicon). Skip merging them into "branding $5k" unless the client explicitly wants a single number.
Handover and ownership
Notes: full copyright transfer on payment vs license for limited use. That belongs on the invoice or attached terms, not buried in email.
