Graphic design invoice
Design invoices get disputed when "final files" means different things. List deliverable formats (PDF, INDD, PNG pack) and how many revision rounds are included. Charge rush fees as their own line so they're visible.
Or jump straight to the Invoice Generator.
Packaging the work
Campaign work splits well: strategy/moodboard, concept round, production artwork, print-ready export. Social batches: "12 post templates, master + exports" as one line or split by channel if the SOW did.

Revisions vs new scope
Round 2 of tweaks is revisions. "Can we try a completely different direction?" is a change order. Your invoice notes can point to the cap: "Includes 2 revision rounds per the Jan quote."
Common questions
