Task cards in MonoDesk carry more than a title, and each piece feeds something else:

## Labels

Colour-coded chips like *Brief*, *Concept*, *Design*, *Revisions*. Use them to see what kind of work a column holds, and to filter the board, the [Planner](https://www.monodesk.com/help/planner-today/plan-your-week) and [Time Tracking](https://www.monodesk.com/help/time-tracking/track-your-time) to one slice of the work.

## Subtasks

Break a task down without cluttering the board. Cards show progress as a count (*0/3*). Open any task to tick subtasks off as you go.

## Due dates

Drafted tasks come with **suggested** dates, clearly marked *(suggested)* until you confirm them. Set your own by opening the task, or just drag it onto a day in the Planner.
