# MonoDesk Meetings

An agenda before the meeting, a recap after it. Meetings helps freelance creatives and small teams prepare for, run and write up client meetings.

## Plan a meeting
- Choose the client and, optionally, the project the meeting belongs to.
- Say what the meeting is about and how long it runs.
- Attach a research report, files or pasted text such as the client's enquiry. The agenda is built from this.

## Draft the agenda
MonoDesk drafts sections and questions from what you sent and any research attached, with rough timings to fit the meeting. Edit any heading or question, add sections, or ask your Co-Worker to sharpen them.

## Host the meeting
The agenda becomes a run sheet. Type notes or answers under each question as the meeting happens. Notes save as you type, and a count shows how many questions have been answered. Meetings does not record audio or transcribe calls.

## Get the recap
MonoDesk writes a recap from your notes, covering an overview, goals, decisions, scope in and out, timeline, budget, notable quotes, risks and opportunities, open questions and next steps. If the meeting happened elsewhere, paste your notes in instead. Edit the recap inline or with AI, and export it to share.

## Keep it with the work
Meetings can be filed under a project and appear on that project's Meetings tab.
