# MonoDesk Leads

Keep track of your next client. Leads gives freelance creatives and small teams a place to track opportunities before they become projects.

## See your pipeline
- Board and list views with New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal sent, Won and Lost stages.
- Estimated value by stage and across the open pipeline.
- Filter by stage or when leads were added.
- Admins can rename the four open stages. Won and Lost stay fixed. Renaming turns off automatic moves into Proposal sent; resetting column names restores them.

## Keep the context together
Each lead holds contact details, estimated value, sizing, notes, files and activity. Link research, discovery, meetings, proposals and a client so the background stays close.

## Move from research to proposal
Run research from a new lead. Create a proposal using the lead's notes, value, sizing and linked context, with additional uploads available in the proposal wizard. Access to linked context follows your workspace permissions.

## Turn a yes into a project
Mark a lead as won to create a client or connect it to an existing client, with the option to create a project in the same step. Record a reason when marking a lead as lost. Archive leads when you are ready to tidy up.

## Work with your Co-Worker
With access to Leads, your Co-Worker can find and read leads. Editor seats can create and update them. Winning a lead through the Co-Worker requires your approval. Attach a lead as context when asking for help, including research and proposal work where you have access.
